We collect photos/videos to plan work, document conditions, and verify completion. With your permission, we may use de-identified before/after images for portfolio or marketing. You can opt out anytime without affecting your service or warranty.

We may record calls for training/quality. Where required by law, we will notify you at the start and proceed only with consent. If you do not wish to be recorded, we can switch to email or text.
